BURBANK, CA MARCH 21, 2022 - Haskel announced they are imprinting each piece of equipment with a unique QR code to give customers instant access to important product information specific to their equipment.
Located on the nameplate along with the model number and serial number, a unique QR code affixed to all Haskel Liquid Pumps, Gas Boosters, and Air Amplifiers will give customers a better experience, making it quick and easy for them to connect for needed parts and information.
Scanning the QR code takes customers to Haskel Service Point, a digital customer-support tool where users can find documents, including product manuals, drawings, and spare parts specific to their product. The intelligent QR codes optimize the customer experience through the power of connectivity, allowing customers to connect from anywhere, anytime they need to.
“We want to make it as easy as possible for our customers to find the parts and information that they need quickly,” said Dave Gordon, Haskel Product Manager, “And this QR code will do just that”.
