Subsea Needle Valves

Needle valves for subsea use are externally sealed for depths to 14,000’ (4200 meters). Special alloys are available for extreme service.

All valves are internally pressure tested to at least 50% over rated pressure and have a typical service life guarantee of 25 years and can be manufactured to meet the requirements of NACE MR0175, API 6A, 19th ed., ISO 10423:2003 PR2, Annex F/PSL3G.

Subsea needle valves feature metal to metal seating, positive gland locking device, and non-rotating non-rising stem. Designed for bracket/panel mounting or used in conjuction with a ROV bucket mount.

A wide variety of end connections and actuation handles are available. Connection availability: Low pressure – compression sleeve; Medium pressure – coned and threaded; High pressure – coned and threaded; Pipe – NPT threads. Also available: API; flange, zero clearance, socket weld, butt weld, SAE, JIC, BSP, and others.
