Subsea check valves are externally sealed for depths to 14,000’ (4200 meters) and internally pressure tested to at least 50% over rated pressure of 15,000 PSI. Special alloys are available for extreme service.
Subsea check valves have a typical service life guarantee of 25 years and can be manufactured to meet the requirements of NACE MR0175, API Spec 6A, ASME, and various others. API 6A, PR2, Annex F/PSL3G qualified valves are available.
