Lightweight, Maintenance‑Friendly Refrigerant Recovery Solutions

Haskel refrigerant pumps are built to move refrigerants across their full operating range — from high‑pressure liquid transfer to vapor recovery, all the way down to deep vacuum levels of 23–27 inches of mercury. This eliminates the need for multiple tools or added components like unloaders, condensers or bypass valves.

The pump automatically transitions as the refrigerant changes phase, allowing operators to complete transfer and evacuation faster, more consistently, and with less setup.

Haskel 59015 Refrigerant Air Driven Pump

The Haskel model 59015 Refrigerant Recovery Pump transfers refrigerants across all pressure ranges up to 1200 psi, including pulling a vacuum down to 27″ Hg to remove all remnants from the supply bottle. The Haskel model 59015 pump displacement per cycle 8.9 cu.in.

💡 Simple Setup. Zero Electrical Risk. Proven Reliability.

With no electrical components, no heat transfer into the refrigerant, and no need for complex system add‑ons, these pumps offer a streamlined, safe, and maintenance‑friendly solution trusted across industries. Relief valves are recommended downstream due to the pump’s ability to intensify pressure at stall.

Refrigerant Recovery Pumps Built for Speed, Safety & Clean Operation

Because the pump is pneumatically driven, it generates no heat during liquid transfer and only minor warming during vapor transfer. No lubricants are used in the gas section, ensuring nothing contaminates the refrigerant in any phase. With no electrical components, operators avoid spark risks and enjoy safe operation even in challenging environments. The 59025 model incorporates a distance piece that creates an atmospheric chamber between the air drive and refrigerant sections—preventing cross‑contamination even if the air supply contains impurities.

Frequently Asked Questions

A refrigerant recovery pump is a compressor that transfers refrigerant from a system into a recovery cylinder without venting harmful gases into the atmosphere — a process required by EPA and global regulations.
Haskel refrigerant pumps specifically move liquid, vapor and vacuum with a single unit, operating across pressures up to 1,200 psi and achieving 23–27” Hg vacuum, enabling complete system evacuation.
