Designed to meet the critical requirements of today’s most severe applications while ensuring the highest quality and most reliable performance for pressure control, BuTech valves and system components are available in any alloy to handle pressures from vacuum to 150,000 psi (10,340 bar) and temperatures from -423° F (-253° C) to over 1200° F (649° C).
At BuTech, we understand the critical nature of subsea systems and that there is no room for compromised performance. Our subsea ball valves are tested in accordance with highest oil and gas specification and tested against expanded requirements in some areas. Learn more about our 17D qualified valves.
2-way to 5-way designs with pressures to 20,000 psi (1,380 bar) at 72°F (22°C). Special materials available for extreme applications.
Coned and threaded, fail safe operation at pressures to 150,000 psi (10,340 bar) and temperatures from -423° to +1200°F (-253° to +648°C).
Manual operation at pressures to 15,000 psi (10,340 bar), in temperatures ranging -423° to +1200°F (-253° to +648°C). 1/8″ to 1″ ANPT pipe.
Long-life, maintenance free valves meet performance, safety and reliability expectations in the deepest water and the harshest offshore environments. Learn about our 17D qualified valves:
Rugged construction provides assurance of fail-safe operation at pressures up to 100,000 psi (6,900 bar). For operation in temperatures ranging from 0° to 600°F (-18° to 315°C).
Manufactured from 316 cold-worked stainless steel. Also available for subsea service and sour gas service.
A complete line of adapters and couplings, to connect different sizes and pressure ratings of tubing and pipe.
Various lengths available already coned and threaded and ready for use. Standard material of construction is 316 Stainless Steel.
Butech offers two different styles of filters, the Line Filter and the Sintered Cup Filter. Standard materials of construction are a 316 stainless steel body with 300 series filter elements.
Safety head assemblies serve as holders for rupture discs and function as simple and inexpensive over pressure relief devices.
BuTech Low Pressure Valves are designed for liquid and gas flow control in petroleum, chemical, power generating and general industrial applications.
Available in a variety of body styles, the valves are designed for operation at temperatures ranging from -100° to +600°F (-73° to +315°C). Optional packings and/or extended stuffing boxes increase the
range to -423° to +1200°F (-253° to +648°C).
Their rugged construction provides assurance of fail-safe operation at pressures ranging to 15,000 PSI (1030 bar).
Note: BuTech Pressure Systems does not recommend compression sleeve connections below 0°F (-18°C) or above 650°F (343°C).
