Hydraulic Driven Gas Boosters - Two Stage and Double Acting Models H24

  • Designed to compress a wide range of gases up to pressures of 1034 bar (15.000 psi)
  • Constructed from hydrogen suitable materials to resist hydrogen embrittlement.

  • Suitable for constant 24/7 operation or daily intermittent use when demand fluctuates.
  • Unique specially designed seals are self-lubricating and need no further lubrication ensuring the cleanliness of the gas.
  • Multiple stages allows booster to operate with higher gas compression ratios than a single stage booster can achieve.
  • Constructed from hydrogen suitable materials to resist hydrogen embrittlement.
  • Suitable for constant 24/7 operation or daily intermittent use when demand fluctuates.
  • Unique specially designed seals are self-lubricating and need no further lubrication ensuring the cleanliness of the gas.
  • Vented distance piece and a series of oil and wiper seals insures hydraulic oil stays in the hydraulic drive and does not get into the gas section.
  • Cycle rate can be varied by varying the flow of the hydraulic oil from the hydraulic power unit.
  • Suitable for a range of dynamic inlet pressures to accommodate various different applications.
  • Available as a standalone piece of equipment or as a packaged solution provided by the H-Drive System Module.
  • Available as a single stage configuration or a two stage configuration when higher ratios of compression are required.
  • ATEX certified – EX II 3G II C
