Q-Drive is a smart, electric servo actuated Gas Booster Compression System which transforms gas compression through a unique combination of proven technologies and unprecedented 4.0 intelligence, providing optimal performance, reliability, and safety. Unlike Haskel hydraulic and pneumatic driven gas boosters, Q-Drive is powered by an electric servo drive motor. The motor’s rotation creates linear actuation, providing greater process control and high-precision movement. The combination of two proven technologies; Haskel gas sections with electric motor servo drive technology, makes Q-Drive an easy choice for those looking for the best-in-industry performance.
Q-Drive fully integrates into your existing facility control systems. It can communicate with other pieces of automation equipment through a suite of the latest communication protocols. This includes OPC UA, Modbus, Bacnet, Allen Bradley ABLogix, and Siemens S7, among others.

Q-Drive brings safety and reliability to the forefront. The system features ultra-quiet operation and self-monitoring for 30+ built-in sensors to prevent overheating and over-pressurization. For example, if the system temperature gets too high, Q-Drive control will automatically reduce the speed of the system to prevent overheating. Once the temperature has come down, the Q-Drive will automatically speed back up.
